Operation Christmas Child
Every year, St. Martin Lutheran collects toys and other small gifts to donate to Operation Christmas Child. For many years in a row, we have collected over 100 boxes to be donated.
Chili Supper
For over 50 years, the members of our church gather for a Chili Supper every Fall. At the chili supper, we enjoy chili, chicken noodle soup, and also host an auction and offer activities for children.
Children's Sunday School
Our Sunday School program meets in a one-room-schoolhouse fashion with all grades from kindergarten through high school meeting together. This allows the older children a chance to mentor the younger children, and activities and lessons are formed so everyone at every age level gets something out of it.
Quilting Fellowship
The ladies of St Martin who enjoy sewing and hand crafting meet every month for fellowship. Most of the ladies enjoy sewing and quilting. They create a bed-sized (usually full size) quilt over the course of 10 months. Raffle tickets can be purchased throughout the year at church of from various members. The winning ticket is drawn at our annual Chili Supper.
